Everyone needs to watch and reblog. This handicapped man is thrown from his wheelchair by two NYPD police officers to the ground and handcuffed. He is unable to walk and not a threat to public as he cannot run or physically attack anyone without difficulty.
The video progresses and you can see the man is helpless on the floor...
